If anyone was in any doubt about the racist and in this case muderous nature of Nick Griffin and the BNP they should listen to his solution to solving immigration - sink any boat that has immigrants on it.
He has told a BBC reporter that the EU should sink boats carrying illegal immigrants to prevent them entering Europe.
The MEP for the North-West of England said the EU had to get "very tough" with migrants from sub-Saharan Africa.
Pressed on what should happen to those on board, he said: "Throw them a life raft and they can go back to Libya".

In your position it smears the good name of Wigan.
Nick Griffin did not advocate drowning anyone, he only said destroy the boats unlike the Italian friends of UKIP who advocated "cannon" to sink boats with refugees on them.
The boats need sinking to stop them being used again and those on board sent back whence they came.
This would save many lives in future as people would not be tempted to use often unseaworthy boats and drown as a consequence.
Your reference to the BNP is sour grapes and your realising that we are posing an increase threat to your corrupt party.
Cllr Ash would be better employed making sure people of Ashton and Wigan are not deprived of housing and employment opprtunities by the continued influx of these unwanted "guests"

Why should our Troops be fighting an illigal war, whilst thousands

1) This government of ours invade two foreign countries with massive loss of life on both sides.

2) We allow many individuals into this country who so happen claim political asylum and very commonly these individuals are fleeing from the countries that we are supposedly at war with?

3) The Geneva convention states that anyone wanting to claim political asylum must seek this in the first safe country they enter.
How is it that they all seemingly want to come to the UK and pass many safe countries in the process?
4) Is the knife and gun culture in our major cities just a coincidence that it mainly involves individuals that are not indigenous to the UK?

5) The murder on Bolton Road last year involved recently arrived migrants to this borough?
Does it concern you that this can happen so close to your own doorstep and certainly by individuals that should be more respectful of their new found home?
6) Manchester County Council in January held a "Jobs Fair" solely for the ethnic minorities that excluded white Britons?
Is this a racist move or is it just "positive" discrimination against local people who's skin colour maybe white and they speak English?
7)Wigan council have over a ten year period have donated over £750,000 to just two charities from the council's core budget; one charity being Byou for the young LGBT in our borough and the other being Rafiki/Motswako for the young newly arrived immigrants and asylum seekers!
Does it not alarm you that no monies are given by this council to our long traditional events such as the walking days, St.Georges and Veterans Day parades and that hetrosexual and Christian beliefs are not promoted?
