Bin collections - latest information
I have just been talking to Wigan Council who have informed me that the bins will be collected as normal from tomorrow. Unfortunately the Monday collection will not be done until next Monday. They tell me that excess rubbish will also be collected.

ok ok so rubbish piled up and the binmen couldnt do their job, but just before the 2nd batch of snow and big freeze, our binmen in the centre of ashton came round and even took away bags that were in my back yard, meaning they went into my yard and practicaly emptied it, good job lads !!!
