- Ashton in Makerfield, Wigan, United Kingdom
- Nigel was elected to Wigan MBC in May 2006 and was previously a Councillor from 2000 to 2004 . He has three grown up children and a grandchild Michael born in October 2007 He is a keen Liverpool FC supporter and enjoys going to the theatre, cinema and live music concerts. Nigel was re-elected in May 2010 to serve the people of Ashton for another four years

Nigel, I came onto your site to see if there was any information with regard to the proposed new Health Centre and was a little dissapointed to see nothing about it. I have missed the article in the papers and didnt know anything was in the pipeline. Could you please enlighten me as I believe that you know a little more?
