ASHTON POST OFFICE REFURBISHED
I was honoured to be invited to the official opening of the Ashton Post Office performed by Makerfield MP Yvonne Fovargue. It is good to see that the Post Office has the confidence to invest in Ashton

There was nothing wrong with the post office. It looks like a corner Spa shop now. Wonder if those post office girls feel safe with their counters open like that Hmmm I know I wouldn't feel safe. What about all the eye sore closed down shops ? I would imagine they should have been the first priority in our town. All that comes to mind regarding our ' lovely' new post office is, don't fix it if it's not broken.
