The following work has been progammed to improve road safety at the junction of Bolton Road and Hilton Street
• Sunday 18 January 2009 :– for the removal of the existing road surface and the laying of the two layers of new road material.
• Sunday 25 January 2009 for the laying of an Anti-Skid Surfacing to the road surface.

Yes, well. Both these jobs took place, - but at the junction of Boton Road and Bryn Road, not at the junction of Bolton Road and Hilton Street. Were the contractors given the wrong location?
Prob not a mix up, a counciler lives on the corner of bolton rd and bryn rd. How many jobs des that corner need doin?
