With regards the comment you make that you have never been cautioned by the police regarding lies on leaflets.
I have a letter from the Crown Prosecution Service dated 13th March 2008 concerning a complaint I made against Councillor Ash which clearly states "--- I concur that the staements made in the leaflets are false" the letter goes on to further state "--I shall write to the police asking that Mr. Ash and ******* be provided with suitable advice as to ensure factual accuracy of statements made in their literature.
Read into this what you will, clearly Mr. Ash has been found wanting when it comes to the truth.
